What area do you service?
We service Durham Region and the surrounding Greater Toronto Area. We do travel outside of district upon request, however, traveling fees will be required if the location is outside of 20km from our headquarters based in Oshawa. We do not travel more than 60km away from our headquarters based in Oshawa. Our travel restrictions may vary based on our performers availability. No Travel Fees will apply to: Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Scarborough, Courtice, Bowmanville and Brooklin. Other areas will receive an additional traveling fee.
When is the best time to book?
You do not want to wait until invitations have already been sent out before you book one of our characters! We recommend a few weeks (4-6 weeks in advance) before your party to secure your booking to ensure that you get your preferred time and character. A short notice fee of $30 will be charged to anyone booking within less then 2 weeks notice, full payment will also be required upon booking for all short notice events.
Do I need a deposit?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking due within 3 business days of our inquiry response email in order to reserve your time and character. The remaining balance for your booking is due 48 hours prior to your event via e-transfer. All payments will be made via E-transfer (EMT).
Should I tip the entertainers?
The total package price does not include gratuity for the performer or party assistant. If you feel your entertainers have done an outstanding job, gratuity is always welcome and very much appreciated! Although, the performers cannot break character if you would like to tip them then you may give it to the party assistant for her to pass on or out of sight from the children!
What ages count as party guests?
Our parties can be enjoyed by everyone of all ages, however, they are geared towards children of ages 3-7 years. Please note, that our single character parties have a maximum of 10 party guests permitted.
